ReWear Studio is a fictional business created for a university project. Because orders are simulated and nothing is posted, this page shows how delivery and returns would work for a live store.
Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
- UK delivery costs £3.95. Delivery is free on orders over £40.
- Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days of being placed.
- Every piece is one of a kind, so each order is packed by hand. We reuse clean packaging wherever we can.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us within that time, then send the item back within a further 14 days. We’ll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge.
Items that aren’t as described
Pre-loved pieces may show signs of previous wear, and we describe and photograph that wear in each listing. If an item arrives with a problem that wasn’t described, or isn’t what the listing said, you’re protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we’ll put it right with a refund, and we’ll pay the return postage.
How to request a return
- Use our contact form and choose Return or product concern, or email hello@rewearstudio.co.uk.
- Include your order reference and the name of the piece.
- If the item isn’t as described, add a photo of the problem if you can.
- We’ll reply within two working days with return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back. If you return an item because you changed your mind, the return postage is paid by you.
